Following standard international practices, we initiate the order process for all commodity deals with a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Buyer to us.

Information Required for the Letter of Intent

• The LOI should be directed to "MALEC GLOBAL FZE".

Each Letter of Intent must contain:

• The name and contact details of your company and representative, including address, phone/WhatsApp, email, and a stamp/signature.

• The desired price and quantity of the commodity/product required

• Terms of payment.
